Use CMM as tftp server for uboot flashing

It is possible to use one or more WW as tftp servers. By default, the server is turned off. If there is at least one healthy WW (meaning one that can boot all the way to Linux and provide login) in the network, then they can use this WW as tftp server. This mechanism can be uses to update those WW that requires u-boot update to recover.

The following steps will get the tftp server in WW operational. From WR Linux login, do the following.

bash-2.04# mkdir /tftpboot

bash-2.04# chkconfig --level 2 tftpd on
